Cowpoke Foundation Scholarship Eligibility

  • High school junior or senior in the Placer Union High School District, Roseville Joint Union High School District, Rocklin or Western Placer Unified School District.

  • Have an interest in the future study of Agriculture, Art, Drama/Performing Arts, English or Vocational Training.

  • Plan to attend an accredited two or four-year college or university or accredited trade or vocational school. 

Required Application Materials

  • Complete the application form.

  • Write an introduction letter demonstrating interest in skills associated with the American West.  

  • Preference is given to welding, saddle making/leather work, silversmithing, fire or public service, veterinarian education, and associated fields.  

  • Students can submit through Google Forms here

Application Deadline

  • All materials must be received by the Cowpoke Foundation by June 30th each year.

  • Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
